Chapter 307: Blood Attendant
Han Li heard the young prince’s voice, and his expression slightly changed, turning somewhat pale.
But as he slowly turned around, his demeanor returned to normal, showing no sign of panic. Instead, a cold smile curled at the corner of his lips as he looked chillingly at the group of Black Death Cult members and the bald foundation establishment stage cultivator.
Han Li’s calm expression also affected the four friends from Mengshan. Their hearts steadied a little, and after exchanging glances, they simultaneously flew behind Han Li, taking a defensive stance against the Black Death Cult members.
“It’s you! Aren’t you that person from the Qin Family? You’re a foundation establishment stage cultivator?”
The young prince stared at Han Li’s face in surprise. The skinny man beside him remained silent but also showed a look of great astonishment.
Only the bald burly man fixed his gaze on Han Li with a solemn expression and suddenly said,
“Be careful. This man is a mid foundation establishment stage cultivator, a level above mine. We’ll probably have to set up the Black Wind Formation to help capture him.”
Hearing this from the bald burly man, the young prince didn’t look worried but instead asked excitedly,
“Lord Blood Attendant! If this person is offered as a blood sacrifice for the cult leader’s cultivation, the effect should be even better.”
The burly man chuckled and replied,
“Of course. The foundation establishment cultivators we caught before were only in the early foundation establishment stage. This person’s essence blood is definitely better than theirs!”
With confirmation from the bald burly man’s mouth, the young prince greedily glanced back at Han Li and suddenly burst into loud laughter.
“Good, very good! No matter what your intentions or background are, you won’t be leaving this place alive today.”
“Set up the Black Wind Formation, attack!”
After laughing, the young prince’s face turned cold as he shouted sharply.
Immediately, the men in black pulled out large black flags as dark as ink from their bodies and swiftly flew around Han Li, surrounding him. They immediately began waving their flags.
“You just focus on defense. Leave everything else to me,” Han Li said calmly to the four friends from Mengshan, then his figure blurred and vanished in an instant from the spot.
“Be careful!”
The bald burly man shouted loudly, his face turning grim when he saw Han Li disappear, but it was already too late.
Han Li’s figure flashed behind a man in black. That cultivator, who was waving a flag, immediately stopped moving and stood frozen. Then, without any warning, his head rolled off, blood spurting several feet high as his headless body collapsed to the ground.
Just as the bald burly man shouted his last word, this scene made the other flag-wielding cultivators shudder. Before they could react, Han Li’s figure suddenly appeared behind another man, vanishing as quickly as before, and that man’s head also fell to the ground.
This time, the other men in black didn’t dare hesitate. They stopped waving their black flags and quickly summoned colorful light shields and various protective magical artifacts.
But in the blink of an eye, two more men in black who hadn’t activated their defenses in time were ruthlessly slaughtered by Han Li, their bodies falling lifeless on the spot.
“You brat, you’re seeking death!”
The bald burly man’s eyes glowed with a dark red light. He roared and radiated a blood-colored aura, charging at Han Li with incredible speed.
Han Li glanced coldly at him. The burly man, enveloped in a blood-red orb of light, charged forward relentlessly. Han Li also looked at the men in black who had activated their protective shields, their eyes filled with horror as they stared at him.
Han Li decisively vanished and reappeared dozens of yards away beside the four friends from Mengshan.
The burly man, having missed his target, let out a beast-like roar and immediately turned to charge at their position again, curiously without summoning any magical artifacts.
